I'm Here to Listen
Chinese Proverb
You don’t need to be in crisis to know something’s not working.
Maybe you're doing all the 'right' things - showing up, holding it together, being there for others- but underneath, there’s a quiet sense of 'not enoughness.' A subtle disconnect. A feeling like life is happening around you, rather than through you.
You might be tired of repeating the same patterns in your relationships. Or maybe you're in a transition: grief, separation, change in identity or direction - and want a space to land, to listen, to rediscover what’s real for you.
Therapy with me isn’t about quick fixes or symptom management. It’s about slowing down enough to hear yourself again. It’s relational, embodied, and gently confronting in service of something more honest and whole. I provide a space for clients to grow their capacity for self-awareness and understanding.
If you’re ready to explore who you are beneath the coping strategies, and you want a space where you can be met —not managed— I’d love to work with you.
Reach out for an initial session. Let’s see what emerges.
A free 15 minute phone consultation is available for all interested individuals.
Please call me on: Zoë: 0451 024 614.
In my own life, I engage in personal therapy as part of my self-care and professional development. I have experienced the vulnerability and risk it takes to bring oneself to a therapy session.
I would be honoured to have the opportunity to support you on your healing journey. If you have any questions about my approach, please do not hesitate to contact me.
RELATIONSHIPS
Our earliest experiences of connection shape how we show up in adult relationships. When those early bonds are inconsistent, overwhelming, or unavailable, we often develop 'ways of being' that help us survive - but don’t serve us later in life.
You might notice this as a push-pull dynamic in intimacy, a tendency to shut down or over-accommodate, or the quiet ache of never quite feeling met. These patterns can create tension in relationships and reinforce painful beliefs about who you are or what you’re worth.
I support people to work with the symptoms of relational trauma as they show up in the here and now - things like anxiety, obsessive thinking, lack of motivation, shame, guilt, or anger.
By exploring your behaviours and emotional patterns in a grounded and compassionate way, therapy becomes a space to grow awareness, take responsibility, and build more satisfying connections.
Rather than: “They need to change!”
Q). "What am I bringing?"
Q). "What do I need?"
Q). "What would it take to do things differently?"
Counselling takes courage, commitment, and a willingness to show up together.
I’m here to meet you in that space - with presence, care, and respect for your unique process.
Together, we’ll explore what may be hidden, forgotten, or just out of reach: those parts of you that long to be reclaimed. Whether shaped by past experiences or current challenges, these threads often hold the key to deeper healing and growth.
Through Gestalt therapy, I aim to support you in becoming more fully yourself - encouraging awareness, choice, and the confidence to live in alignment with who you truly are.
Your Wild Self
I would like to acknowledge the GUMBAYNGGIRR PEOPLE as the traditional Owners of the land on which I live and work. I respect their enduring connection to and continued custodianship of country and community. 'Ngiyaa marraal gundi/We belong to the earth.' (Gumbaynggirr language).
